Main Components of Transit Mixer & Mixer Truck
Chassis
To provide power and support for vehicle operation, a heavy-duty concrete mixer truck chassis is usually used, and the frame is welded with high-strength steel to support the weight of the mixing drum and concrete, with high load capacity and the ability to adapt to complex road conditions.
Mixing Drum
The container for loading concrete is the core component of the mixer truck, made of high-strength steel plates, with double spiral blades welded on the inner wall, in a conical or pear shaped structure, used for mixing concrete during transportation.
Hydraulic System
Adopt international top brand in hydraulic driving filed, such as Germany, Italian, American brand with integral structure ,excellent performance, to meet customers’ various special need.
Feed Inlet And Discharge Chute
The feeding port is located at the tail of the mixing drum and is used to add materials into the mixing drum. The rear of the mixer truck is equipped with a discharge chute, which can be manually or hydraulically controlled to adjust the angle accurately and guide the concrete to be discharged smoothly.
Control System
Located inside the cab, it integrates buttons, handles, display screens, etc. to control the mixer drum speed, tilt angle and other functions of the mixer truck. It adopts three-point control, linkage inside the cab and on both sides of the tail to achieve control of the mixer drum, which is flexible, convenient and fast.
Water Tank System
Have various volume water tanker, can feed the water mixing and cleaning, enlarged water pipe and various feeding solution. Can convenient customer, water feeding solution can use air pressure ,reducer pump ,electronic pump, etc, can meet different requirement.
Blade anti-wear protection
Modified logarithmic helical curve type of blade .In light of special need of wear resistance, all blades are mounted with anti-wear protection parts, not only prolonging vehicle life, but also synchronizing the wear of drum and blades. Blades are made of special cold-forming pressing molder, welded with drum body by new welding process without obvious trance.
