Main Components of Mobile Concrete Batching Plant(YHZS Series)

Mixing System
Common types of mixers include double shaft mixers and vertical shaft mixers. They are the core part of mobile cement batching plant, used to mix raw materials such as aggregates, cement, and water evenly.

Ingredient System
Including storage bins, measuring devices, and conveying devices, used for precise measurement and proportioning of various raw materials such as cement, sand, stones, etc., it can ensure accurate concrete supply.

Weighing System
The system mainly includes a hopper, weighing sensors, and electrical control system, responsible for precise measurement of raw materials, ensuring the stability of concrete formula. It has a high degree of automation and is easy to maintain.

Feeding System
Common conveying equipment includes belt conveyors, screw conveyors, etc.The conveying system is responsible for transporting raw materials such as aggregates, cement, water, etc. from storage locations to the mixing host.

Cement Storage System
The cement silo uses a fully enclosed steel structure for storage, and the cement is transported to the mixer through a screw conveyor to prevent moisture and pollution.

Control System
The control system is responsible for the automation operation of the entire portable concrete batch plant,and controls and adjusts it to achieve precise proportioning and production scheduling.
